Description yoga

I offer two courses in Zwenkau. For beginners and more experienced. Both courses are certified by health insurance companies. I have further training courses for pre- and postnatal, children, young people, seniors, etc. I run my courses with a lot of heart and incorporate my knowledge from my yoga therapy training. Further courses for special target groups can be created if there are enough registrations. I would also be happy to accompany you in private lessons.
The course room in the KulturKino is designed for up to 8 people. In a small group I can respond so well to each individual.

    Ich gehe immer wieder gerne zum Yoga u freue mich auf die Übungen und Entspannungstechniken - es hilft sehr dabei den Alltag zu vergessen u ganz bei sich zu sein , ganz herzliche Liebe Trainerin , alles prima :)
