I don't choose yoga retreat providers who only look at the money but disregard the yoga spirit as a vacation spot. You should feel good, find retreat, relaxation, good vegetarian yoga nutrition, the finest full board, a feel-good program, in the most beautiful places, with people with heart. Recharge your batteries, take a break, yoga and meditation, dance and dance therapy, switch off and get to know a nice group, but also be completely free with a lot of time for individual being.

Wohlfühlen garantiert

Inka sorgt ab dem ersten Moment für eine angenehme Atmosphäre, in der man sich wohlfühlt. Ihr Unterricht ist eine Mischung aus Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow und vielen mehr. Man merkt, dass sie auch Tanztherapeutin ist. Inka geht wunderbar auf jeden individuell ein. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt, habe geschwitzt, entspannt und mich am Ender der 4 Tage so richtig wohl gefühlt in meiner Haut.
