Description yoga

With us you can get to know and practice the different yoga paths. We teach not only classical Hatha Yoga, but also meditation, Kundalini Yoga and Ayurveda. Thanks to our many years of experience in teaching yoga and training yoga teachers, we are able to competently pass on the ancient knowledge of yoga.
We have been in Bayreuth since 2006 (actually since 2004 - reopening in 2006). The center is led by Alex Spitzl and Silvia Gäck. We only teach very experienced yoga teachers with at least 2 years of basic training. We are constantly educating ourselves and are therefore able to pass on yoga authentically, realistically and effectively. We adhere to the ancient yogic wisdom and teachings. This creates a special atmosphere in our rooms and our lessons that our participants appreciate. We teach yoga with the aim of self-knowledge rather than self-optimization. This inner attitude helps to take away the stress of having to achieve something and thus achieve deep inner relaxation and inner peace. This is what sets us apart from sport and other purely body-oriented styles of yoga. It's about health on all levels (physical, energetic, emotional-mental). Only in this way can we achieve an experience of yoga (connection, unity) with ourselves, our environment and life itself.
