Description yoga
The YogaCircle Berlin Academy (YCBA) is a yoga training institute with an affiliated yoga studio in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg and an academy in Weissensee. YCBA stands for training with a focus on functional alignment, i.e. H. the combination of yoga with the latest findings in biomechanics, movement control and kinesiology.
The YCBA studio teaches alignment classes (Align!), in which the optimal alignment for the muscles and the movement sequences of the individual asanas are trained.
In addition to “Align! Classes”, the YCBA offers a large portfolio of yoga classes, including: flow classes, Yin yoga, restorative yoga, back yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, children and teen yoga, Pilates, meditation and prevention courses.
The YCBA honors the classic yoga traditions while teaching yoga for 21st century yoga teachers and students.
