If you are looking for a yoga course that helps you find peace and reduce the stress of everyday life without placing too much emphasis on fitness, you have come to the right place. In my 37 years as a yoga teacher, I have developed my own style. The yoga classes are joint- and back-friendly, and the individual needs of the participants are taken into account. That's why my courses are equally suitable for beginners and advanced learners. For everyone who is looking for even more peace and relaxation, I offer Yin Yoga, a very calm, passive style with long-held positions (asanas) with the help of bolsters, straps and blocks
