WHAT IS NALINI YOGA?
The basis is my training as a Yoga Siromani (at Sivanananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Rudraprayag, India and at Himalayan Int'l Yoga Academy & Research Center, Kathmandu, Nepal), my years of experience as a yoga teacher and bodyworker in my own yoga studio, and insights from my Meditations and working with ThetaHealing®. The combination makes this training so unique.
Nalini Yoga combines elements from ThetaHealing® with yoga, it's about energetic healing with movement. The physical, mental and energetic levels are addressed. Holding asanas for longer releases emotions stored in your fascia and stimulates the flow of energy in the body. In the initial relaxation we put ourselves in the theta state. This state brings about a strong calming effect on the body, feelings and thoughts.
Theta state gives you mental clarity and connects you with your subconscious and your own spiritual power. A deep recovery, cleansing and healing therefore takes place. Through mindfully practiced yoga, such as Nalini Yoga, greater serenity and a calming of body and mind arise.

If you want, you can also use the 10 days as a yoga vacation for yourself, which means that participation in the program is voluntary, you live in a tiny house and have as much free time as you want to enjoy the lake, the sun and the space!
FINANCIAL INVESTMENT
You have two options:
1) 10 days of yoga training with participation in the complete program: 1250 euros.
The price includes program, accommodation and a manual.
Meals and travel are exclusive.
At the end, after passing the practical test (leading a yoga class), you will receive your yoga teacher certification.
2) Yoga summer retreat with voluntary participation in the program as desired. Participation on a daily basis is also possible. Overnight stay in a tiny house in the middle of beautiful nature (Schorfheide).
I will put together your personal price package for your individual retreat!
(Example: 2 days including overnight stay, yoga and sauna: 108 euros!)
YOU GET
Personal training in theory and practice
Accommodation in a shared room (if desired, also individually in a tiny house for an additional charge)
Initiation and yoga teacher certificate after successfully completing the practical exam
There will be a closed group for all participants to support them before, during and after the training
YOU NEED
Comfortable clothing and your own yoga mat if you have one.
Notebook & Pen.
Your willingness to get involved and learn.
Otherwise, just come as you are. You don't need any preparation or previous knowledge.
TEST
At the end of the training, you will lead a practical yoga class in which you will apply what you have learned.
