“Yoga moves – move with yoga” is this year’s motto at the congress of the professional association BDYoga.
The specialist congress for yoga teachers is also open to interested yoga practitioners who want to engage with yoga beyond the practice of asanas. Because yoga exercises not only move the body physically, but also the mind.
At the congress, participants will be moved by yoga and will develop ideas about what yoga can do in the world. Speakers include R. Sriram, Sangeeta Lerner and Cornelia Brammen. The conference venue is in the middle of Germany, in a quiet setting between forests and meadows on the northern foothills of the Rhön.
