Description Yoga teacher training
Learn to teach the original Hot Yoga sequence - also known as Bikram Yoga - in German in over 200 hours.
After the training you will understand, correct and anatomically correctly guide the 26 Hatha Yoga poses and the two breathing exercises with all necessary assistance. Our training aims to make you feel confident teaching people and even larger groups.
Anatomy, philosophy, nutrition, vocal coaching and teaching skills will be part of your training.
In addition, you will learn how to create your own class in a weekend workshop.
We open the door to the world of yoga for you.
The Teacher Training is a thorough education of your skills as a teacher, while at the same time it is an intensive journey to yourself that will give you many new insights about yourself.
The training will take place in person in Mönchengladbach on the following dates:
February 13, 2027 to February 27, 2027
March 15-21, 2027
9.4.-11.4.2027 SEQUENCING WORKSHOP
16.04.-18.04.2027 Conclusion and a kind of "exam".
