Description Yoga teacher training
Lerne in mehr als 200 Stunden die original Hot Yoga Sequenz - auch Bikram Yoga - auf Deutsch zu unterrichten.
Nach der Ausbildung wirst du die 26 Hatha Yoga Posen und die zwei Atemübungen verstehen, korrigieren und mit allen Hilfestellungen anatomisch korrekt anleiten können. Unsere Ausbildung zielt darauf ab, dass du dich sicher fühlst Menschen und auch direkt größere Gruppen zu unterrichten.
Anatomie, Philosophie, Ernährungslehre, Vocal Coachin und Teachingskills werden zu deiner Ausbildung gehören.
Zudem lernst du in einem Wochenendworkshop deine eigene Klasse zu kreieren.
Wir öffnen dir die Tür zur Welt des Yoga.
Das Teacher Training ist ist eine fundierte Ausbildung deiner Fähigkeiten als Lehrer, gleichzeitig ist es eine intensive Reise zu dir, die dir viele neue Erkenntnisse über dich selbst schenken wird.
Die Ausbildung findet in Präsenz in Mönchengladbach an folgenden Terminen statt:
13.02.2027 bis zum 27.02.2027
15.03.-21.03.2027
9.4.-11.4.2027 SEQUENCING WORKSHOP
16.04.-18.04.2027 Abschluss und eine Art „Prüfung“.
