Description Yoga teacher training

As part of your further training, you can expect a great program with yoga, meditation, deep relaxation and much more. in the ideal ambience. Extensive forests and parks, cozy lounges, a quiet monastery, organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine as well as guided walks, hikes, Nordic walking, Kirtan singing, sound meditations. Wellness in the Ayurveda oasis, in the sauna or while swimming on request.
Yoga classes specifically designed to open and widen the hips. There is no headstand, shoulder stand…etc. just hip openers. 4 yoga sessions of 3 hours each, morning and afternoon. Fascia massage technique prepares your tissue optimally. With 45 minutes of sun prayer variations each, you will be optimally warmed up and prepared for the hip-opening asanas. The asanas are structured according to difficulty levels.
On the first morning you practice the Pawanamuktasana series and further hip-opening asanas. As you explore, you repeatedly use the 3 different mulabandhas in order to delve even deeper into the topic of hips.
In levels 2, 3 and 4 it continues with a lot of sweat:
Sun prayer variations (45 minutes each) that penetrate deeper muscle layers.
The asana portion is adapted to the participants:
Standing Chakrasana, Eka Pada Raja Kapottasana, Hanumanasana, Ekapada-Kurmadanda, Nataraj...etc.
When tracing, you repeatedly use the 3 different Mulabandhas, with very precise announcements, in order to expand your awareness here too.
Requirement for participation: Yoga teacher training/training at least 120 or started yoga teacher training at least 200 teaching units or Yoga Vidya exercise/course leader at least 108 teaching units.
