Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind:
Beginners and newbies are welcome in my courses. The best thing to do is to make an appointment for a non-binding trial lesson (10 euros) using the contact form, email or telephone. If you don't have any previous experience, it's best to take a beginner's course. In the mixed classes, the lessons are designed so that you can easily join in without any prior knowledge. If you have limited mobility, there are sufficient aids available that allow you to still perform the postures with correct alignment. The course for experienced people is suitable for practitioners who already have yoga experience (from approx. 2 years). When taking part in class, you should also note the following points:
Come to the practice room about 10 minutes before class starts.
Cell phones etc. please turn it off.
If possible, don't eat anything more than 2 hours before the start of class.
Wear fresh clothing and observe personal hygiene.
Do not bring drinks into the practice room.
Information about your health status, if necessary, before the start of class.
