Description yoga
We are a team of three yoga teachers and one yoga teacher. We are connected by our own long-standing yoga practice and a 4-year training as a Viniyoga teacher.
We teach:
- Small groups (max. 10 people)
- Individual lessons
- In companies
Viniyoga is not a new style of yoga. In Viniyoga, the exercises are individually adapted to the abilities of the practitioner. We are guided by the question of what the practitioner wants to achieve at the moment. For example, experiencing relaxation or improving sleep quality.
The focus is on the person with their needs, their current state of mind as well as their constitution, age, culture, job, life situation, etc.
The yoga in our classes is not tied to any denomination, belief system or culture.
We base our lessons on the Viniyoga teacher T.K.V. Desikachar, a son of the influential yoga teacher T. Krishnamacharya.
