Description yoga

Katja has been a yoga teacher since 2011 and is recognized by statutory health insurance companies. Your courses take place in person in the yoga studio at Elisabethplatz in Munich or via livestream in online format. When the weather is nice, she also gives yoga classes in the Luitpoldpark in Munich and travels for retreats in Austria and Italy.

    Mega

    Ich fühle mich nach einer Stunde bei ihr einfach mega entspannt. Ihre Haltung ist so klar und unkompliziert. Das passt für mich irgendwie immer ins Leben. Gar nicht esoterisch und trotzdem fühle ich mich danach wie ein kleiner Buddha :-)

    Yoga

    Katja unterrichtet ambitionierten Vinyasa Flow und achtet dort gut auf korrekte Haltung. Insgesamt eine gute Lehrerin. In der Führung der Gruppendynamik eher schwierig und in der persönlichen Performance nicht unkompliziert. Hier ist eine wirklich gute persönliche Beziehung wichtig, sonst klappt die Kommunikation nicht. Das Studio an sich enttäuscht: eigentlich eine Wohnung mit relativ niedrigen Decken, zum Studio umfunktioniert, direkt an der lauten Elisabethstraße. Vorteil: gut erreichbar, Nachteil: mega laut bei geöffneten Fenstern. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern wird es in dem eher kleinen Raum schnell stickig.

    Yoga - grandioser Mix aus Loslassen, Anspannung und Entspannung

    Katja macht für mich das beste Yoga, das ich bisher ausprobieren konnte.
    Zum einen ist man unglaublich schnell raus aus dem Alltag, bei sich und in der Entspannung auch wenn Übungen im positiven Sinne anstrengender waren. Im Yoga bei Katja wird jeder dort abgeholt, wo sie/er gerade von seiner körperlichen Situation ist. Jeder kann mitmachen und diese positive Erfahrung auch mit nach Hause nehmen.
    Selbst eher skeptische Personen kommen gerne und regelmäßig wieder.
    Die sehr angenehme und ruhige Stimme von Katja schafft es, mich aus meinem Alltagsstress zu holen, um mich voll und ganz auf mich und meinen Körper zu konzentrieren. Auch für den Körper anstrengende Übungen sind mir durch das Anleiten von Katja leicht gefallen. Sie geht sehr einfühlsam auf die Teilnehmer/innen ein und korrigiert die Haltung, wenn man möchte. Die Stunden und Retreats sind immer sehr abwechslungsreich, da Katja immer gut vorbereitet ist. Ich habe mich in ihrem Kurs und beim Retreat immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Klare Empfehlung!

    ganz tolle Yoga Stunden

    Mit Katja erlebe ich immer ganz tolle Yoga Stunden. Durch Ihre sehr individuellen und genauen Anleitungen und Korrekturen fühle ich mich besten aufgehoben. Dazu findet sie den richtigen Mix aus Anstrengung und Loslassen. Ich kann Sie sehr empfehlen.

    Ausrichtungsorientiert und abwechslungsreich!

    Super Yogastunden, wo ich immer wieder etwas neues dazulerne. Katja geht auf individuelle Themen ein und gibt Hinweise für den Alltag. Die Retreats sind auch sehr zu empfehlen, da unterschiedliche Orte und Termine. Immer wieder gerne!
