Description yoga
YogaBee is the small, fine yoga studio in Munich's Westend. We specialize in authentic and non-dogmatic yoga lessons.
We believe that yoga supports us in our personality. Yoga is never static: depending on your life situation or age, your yoga practice can change. Plus, everyone has their own story and their own unique body.
At YogaBee we firmly believe that anyone can practice yoga — that yoga is the unlimited exploration of possibilities. With our non-dogmatic attitude when teaching, we try to convey that yoga is open to everyone and that flexibility is not a requirement.
It's important to just start where you are.
Through yoga the body becomes more flexible (and stronger!), the mind more flexible and over time it is then possible to perceive not only the breathing but also the thoughts arising. Instead of conforming our bodies to an ideal image, we prefer to pursue the inner processes of yoga. We believe that there is no “perfect” asana. And that it is not at all necessary to be “perfect” in yoga. It's more about being honest. It's not only okay to smile during yoga class - it's actually helpful to enjoy it! Before your first visit to the YogaBee Studio, we ask you to register online via Eversports.
You can also reserve your place via Eversports for the hour of your choice. We look forward to seeing you! So that you can arrive in peace, please be in the studio in good time before the lessons. If you have your own yoga mat, you are of course welcome to bring it with you. Otherwise, you are welcome to borrow one from us. At the end of the course we offer tea and water.
