We want to bring together the best of two worlds: Yoga as a holistic aspect for body, mind and soul combined with the anatomical and scientifically based knowledge of movement theory. We want to pass on healthy movement for a sustainable and effective development of strength and mobility. We are bringing the innovative, functional LYT Yoga® to Hamburg, founded by the physiotherapist Lara Heimann. In addition to the yoga classes, we offer functional fitness classes that target the entire body in a sustainable way.
The new LYT Yoga® style with influences from physiotherapy, neurology and kinesiology together with effective, functional training is the perfect complement for sustainable movement improvement and pain reduction.
