Experience the soothing power of yoga in the open air – amidst the greenery of the Kornwestheim leisure park.
Every Tuesday in July & August 2026 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, I invite you to leave everyday life behind and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.

Take a deep breath, feel the fresh air and find your inner balance under the open sky.
The rustling of the leaves, the soft light of the evening, and the vastness of the sky create a space where you can recharge your batteries and completely relax.

We combine movement and breath (Pranayama) into a harmonious unity – sometimes gentle and relaxing, sometimes powerful and dynamic. Each hour begins with a meditation that helps you arrive in the present moment and directs your focus inwards.

Whether you already have yoga experience or want to start from scratch – this outdoor session offers you the opportunity to strengthen your body, clear your mind and connect with yourself and nature.
After the session, you can expect a soothing final relaxation – feel free to bring a blanket or warm clothing for this.
Please bring: yoga mat, something to drink, and if needed, sunscreen, tick repellent, and something warm for the final relaxation. A large picnic blanket is also ideal to place under your yoga mat.
Come along, spread out your mat and enjoy yoga as it was originally intended: free, vibrant and in harmony with nature.

*Important notes: The outdoor yoga class will not take place in case of heavy rain, thunderstorms, storms or for safety reasons. The course starts at 7 pm and we can retreat here to the shade under the trees, so yoga is not cancelled even in warmer temperatures! The decision regarding whether the course will take place will be made by the course instructor no later than 2 hours before the course begins, and you will be informed by email. If the lesson is cancelled due to weather conditions, the amount already paid will be fully refunded. Please also note my cancellation policy - by booking you agree to these.
