Let yourself be enchanted by the wonders of the chakras, your main energy and consciousness centers, and experience how colorful your energy is.
Come along on a 6-week journey through your body.
During the journey, the chakras, their meaning and manifestations will be explained to you and made tangible through practical exercises (asanas/meditation/pranayama)!
The chakras cover the entire color spectrum of the rainbow, from the root to the crown. Your chakra system is comparable to the gearshift of your car.
Driving only in first gear will only get you so far. Starting off in 6th gear is not ideal either! All the gears must work together – indeed, harmonize. It's similar with your chakras.
When: Every Thursday, 7:30 PM - 8:45 PM
Course start date: April 30, 2026
Course end date: June 23, 2026
Energy exchange: €99 (6 sessions as a block course - does not take place during school holidays)
WEEK 1 – Thursday, April 30, 2026:
1. Chakra – Root Chakra - This chakra represents your stability in life and your basic trust.
WEEK 2 - Thursday, May 7, 2026:
2nd Chakra – Sacral/Sexual Chakra – This chakra represents your creative life force, which is expressed in creativity and sexuality and
3rd Chakra – Solar Plexus / Navel Chakra – This chakra represents strength, self-confidence, and your personal space.
WEEK 3 - Thursday, May 21, 2026:
4th Chakra – Heart Chakra – This chakra represents (self-)love and security.
WEEK 4 - Thursday, June 11, 2026:
5th Chakra – Throat Chakra – This chakra represents truth, clarity, and communication.
6th Chakra – Third Eye Chakra – This chakra represents your intuition and inner knowledge.
WEEK 5 - Thursday, June 18, 2026:
7th Chakra – Crown Chakra – This chakra represents spirituality, stillness, and perfection.
WEEK 6 - Thursday, June 23, 2026:
8th Chakra – Aura (electromagnetic shield) – This chakra represents safety, protection, and exchange.
Experience how vibrant your energy is on this 6-week journey through your chakras!
After each yoga session, you will receive an email/WhatsApp message with relevant information about the respective chakra(s).
The course is suitable for beginners and advanced learners.
