Welcome to Place to Be, your yoga studio in Haidhausen. Our philosophy is: “We are human beings – not human doers!” (Ammaji, Swamini Pramananda) Let the pressure and demands of our competitive “yang society” fall away from you, as well as your “to do’s”. Here, move from “doing” to “being”. Sustainable yoga equipment is available for you, such as our mats, blocks, bolsters and straps from hejhej as well as the beautiful meditation cushions from Goldwerk Schliersee - all fairly and locally produced. We invite you to end your session with a cup of free organic tea. In addition to the classic yoga styles, we also offer classes and courses for early birds, pregnant women, meditation, pranayama and embodiment as well as our workshop weekends and specials. From our wide range of offerings, discover the class that best suits you and your life situation. You are welcome here just as you are. Regardless of age, gender, religion, skin color, sexual orientation or your fitness level. Come along for holistic practice with like-minded people and our wonderful teachers.
