The little paradise for pregnant women, mothers & babies - located in the heart of Neuhausen is THE contact point in Munich for all matters relating to pregnancy, birth, postpartum and parental leave. We accompany you with a variety of courses, massages, consultations and events that are designed to enrich you in this new and challenging phase of life. We are just a few minutes' walk from the Rotkreuzplatz subway stop, located in a quiet backyard. Our lovingly furnished rooms offer you a yoga course with Hawaiian flair: A hui hou, see you soon with us!

After birth, the body and mind are particularly sensitive. Yoga helps you to come back to your center, to regenerate yourself mindfully and efficiently and to train your pelvic floor.
We dedicate ourselves to breathing and physical exercises that are specifically tailored to the needs of your body after birth. There is a big focus on strengthening your pelvic floor, closing the diastasis recti and strengthening and stretching your shoulder and neck area. The hour ends with a nice relaxation sequence.
