Description yoga

The little paradise for pregnant women, moms & babies - located in the heart of Neuhausen is THE contact point in Munich for all matters relating to pregnancy, birth, postpartum bed and parental leave. We accompany you with a variety of courses, massages, consultations and events that are designed to enrich you in this new and challenging phase of life. We are just a few minutes' walk from the Rotkreuzplatz subway stop, located in a quiet backyard. Our lovingly furnished rooms offer you a yoga course with Hawaiian flair: A hui hou, see you soon with us!

In Basic Yoga you will be taught the basics of yoga practice: breathing techniques (pranayama), learning postures (asanas) and movement sequences (flows), inner peace and contemplation (meditation).
