I am Michaela Wittmann, a certified, qualified yoga teacher with over 800 hours of practical experience and approved by the Central Testing Center for Prevention. Mindfulness trainer for stress management, breathing and relaxation trainer, Ayurvedic health and nutrition consultant, Ayurvedic and Thai yoga massage practitioner, nutrition consultant according to DGE and program manager on yoga trips……phew!
