Yoga is suitable for everyone! For every body, every mind – regardless of your gender, age or physical fitness. Yoga can meet you exactly where you are in life.
We practice gentle and strong asanas (physical exercises) together in a balanced ratio, accompanied by a relaxation part and meditation. Breathing as a connecting element is always in the foreground.

The lessons take place in small groups of a maximum of 5 people in a pleasant, family atmosphere. Due to the small size of the group, I am able to offer targeted assistance and corrections that promote confidence in yourself and your practice.

Due to limited capacity, please contact me via message or phone and reserve your place on the mat. Of course, you also have the opportunity to drop by the yoga room spontaneously, but it could happen that all places are already reserved or occupied - in this case, registered participants will receive priority.

You practice barefoot and on an empty stomach. I recommend not eating anything or only something light for two hours beforehand and wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing during the class.
