Description yoga

Your breath sets the anchor in the here and now, where you can experience your uniqueness through physical exercises (asanas). You are the creator of your life. Experience joy of life and lightness in movement and in what your body tells you.
For me, yoga is an active game with my own body, with my mind and with my limits. I stretch them out, but I also accept if they don't want to move one day. Yoga reminds me every day that I always have that one moment to do something. Not tomorrow and not yesterday. Just now.
I invite you to share this yoga with me and look forward to a class together.
Current participation options:
• Every Wednesday: 6.30pm-7.30pm, Aldrans, Community Hall
• Every Tuesday: Völs, Albertistrasse - please register
If you would like to organize a course with me, pick up the phone or send me an email or Facebook PM - I look forward to individual, creative and heart-opening hours.
