Description yoga

Sat Nam and welcome!
My name is Sabine Rosenkranz, I am a yoga teacher (Kundalini Yoga and Yin Yoga), breathwalk trainer and teacher of English and Spanish.
Below I will give you some information about Kundalini Yoga and Breathwalk.
Kundalini Yoga was brought to the West in the 1960s by Yogi Bhajan and is very versatile because it includes elements from various yoga traditions, e.g. Hatha Yoga, Ying Yoga, Naad Yoga and much more. There are a variety of exercise series, of which some are physically demanding and others are more calm and meditative, depending on the topic (e.g. strengthening the lungs, strengthening the central nervous system, flexibility of the spine, cardiovascular system, etc.). Each class consists of physical exercises, breathing techniques, meditation and often the chanting of mantras.
The structure of the lessons is as follows:
1. Warm up
2. Tune in with a mantra
3rd series of exercises (on different physical and psychological topics, different every time)
4. Deep relaxation
5. Meditation (breathing guidance and/or mantra/chanting, mudras)
6. Tune in with a mantra
Basically, it's about activating the "Kundalini" (life energy) through the exercises and allowing it to rise in the body. In the yogic tradition there is the idea that our body has 7 energy centers (root chakra, sexual chakra, navel chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, forehead chakra, crown chakra and in Kundalini Yoga the aura is referred to as the 8th chakra). During a yoga class, the Kundalini energy should rise from the root chakra through the other chakras and be distributed throughout the body.
My Kundalini yoga course currently takes place on Tuesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
I teach hybrid, which means that both live participation (in Dormagen Delhoven) and online participation via Zoom are possible. Trial lessons and entry are possible at any time.
Breathwalk is a type of yoga walking and takes place in nature. Movement, walking and breathing techniques are combined and supplemented by mindfulness exercises and meditation.
A Breathwalk lesson is structured as follows:
1. Warm up in a circle and imagine the breathing pattern
2. Breathwalk (walking with specific breathing patterns at several intervals)
3. Stretching
4. Meditation/mindfulness exercise
My breathwalk courses currently take place on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Tannenbusch in Dormagen. I offer these courses through the Edith Stein Forum in Neuss. The next Breathwalk course starts on Monday, February 27th, 2023.
On request, I am also happy to offer individual lessons that are individually tailored to the needs of the participants.

Danke🙏 das du mich zum Yoga zurückgeführt hast und mir Kundalini Yoga näher gebracht hast. Eine sehr energetisierte Yogaart. Da ich schon Yogaerfahrung und auch Erfahrung im Bereich der Energiearbeit mitgebracht habe, hatte ich einen hohen Anspruch. Du hast ihn voll erfüllt. Auch online fühle ich mich sehr gut von dir angeleitet und aufgehoben. Du hast eine unglaublich warme und freundliche, mitreißende Art, eine sehr sanfte und beruhigende Stimme und liebst das was du tust. Du lebst Yoga und vermittelt das ganz toll!
