Description yoga

At Shine&Sway you will find everything that will help you reduce stress and lead a healthy, free life. Frauke guides you through Strala yoga classes, helps you to release emotional blockages using the EFT tapping technique and also brings in a lot from her own practice. Under the motto 'Make feeling good your goal' you will practice meditation, breathing techniques, Tai Chi and listening to your intuition with her. The appointments take place by arrangement online via Google Meet or on site in Bremen.
More about STRALA Yoga:
Strala is a movement philosophy that combines yoga and Thai Chi. We practice two types of movements. One is flowing, while the other gives you space for yourself.
In Strala Yoga, the responsibility lies with you. I will guide you through the class without technical terms and remind you that you can move in the way that feels great for you. This way you can listen to your body and find the path that is right for you.
There are regular workshops either live in Bremen or online. You can find more information about this on my website www.shineandsway.de/join

Ein unvergessliches " Yogaerlebnis"

Eine klasse Yogalehrerin die auf Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene gleichermaßen eingeht. Eine Form des Yoga die auch für Leute geeignet ist ( mich eingeschlossen) die ansonsten kein Yoga praktizieren.

Strala Yoga für alle!

Strala Yoga mit Frauke macht Spaß und tut Körper und Seele gut! Es ist egal wie fit oder wie trainiert man ist, für jeden ist etwas dabei und Frauke schafft es immer wieder, dass danach alle Gesichter strahlen. 😀
