Description yoga

Yoga in the Altstadt is a completely different yoga experience then what is normally offered at other yoga studio's. It makes your yoga practice have a more personal feeling. You know your teacher and your teacher knows you. The classes are small and have a very easy going feel to them. I believe that through the power of yoga one can connect with their body and soul on a deeper level. Taking care of your body through an active yoga practice will help you learn more about your body and how to care for it, so it can run properly. My goal is to create an environment that you feel at ease and comfortable with yourself. My mission is to offer one of a kind classes at an AFFORDABLE rate. I believe that no matter your income, yoga should be available to you!

I am located in the heart of the old town. Just next to the Golden Roof. Hofgasse, Innsbruck.
I take students at all levels.. don't be scared, it's just yoga!
