At the Yoga Loft Innsbruck we want to give you the opportunity to experience as much as possible from the world of yoga. We have therefore developed an offer that ensures the following points:
Yoga for beginners
Those interested in yoga should find access easily, safely and with a lot of fun.
This means: There are separate (cheaper) beginner courses that focus on the basics and place a lot of emphasis on the health aspect.
Top teachers
Regardless of whether it is a course, vacation or training to become a yoga teacher – we only trust perfectly trained teachers who have been personally tested by us. -Experienced yogis and yoginis are brought forward through diversity and intensive practice.
Small groups
We ensure that beginners are corrected immediately if they perform the exercise in a disadvantageous manner and that experienced yogis are always challenged if they wish. Experienced yogis and yoginis are brought forward through diversity and intensive practice.
Studio space & outdoor sun
The studio has large windows. This means we enjoy a bright room with lots of sunshine and a fantastic view of the Nordkette. When the weather is nice, our lessons take place outdoors. The beautiful sun terrace and the location make this possible.
Holistic aspect
We are not only yoga teachers, but also certified Ayurveda, Sihatsu, Lomi Lomi Nui and Thai massage therapists. If you wish, we will advise, encourage and support you holistically.

200 Stunden Yoga Ausbildung

Ich habe bei Peter mein Yoga Teacher Training gemacht und kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Es war eine Wahnsinns tolle Erfahrung und Peter ist wirklich ein toller Lehrer. Er hat eine angenehme Ruhe die du diese gesamte Zeit und auch danach magisch aufsaugst. Ich habe für mich soviel gelernt und bin sehr Dankbar für diese Zeit.

Das Loft ist für mich ein besonderer Ort um Yoga zu praktizieren.Die entspannte,herzliche Atmosphäre, der schöne,freundliche Raum mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge, die sehr kompetenten Lehrer welche hohe Unterrichtsqualität bieten, machen das Zentrum zu einem Ort, wo mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen und Achtsamkeit Yoga praktiziert wird!! Mit gezielten Asanas, egal ob für Anfänger oder Yogaprofis ;-), fühle ich mich dort sehr gut aufgehoben und es kommt wohl jeder auf seine Kosten.Mir gefällt die Abwechslung zwischen meditativ und ruhig und dann wieder fordernd und treibend ...definitiv eine Anlaufstelle, die mich entspannt und gut gelaunt wieder gehen läßt! unbedingt empfehlenswert :-)...am besten gleich mal vorbeischauen!!!

Entspannung pur für Körper Geist & Seele!!

Das Loft ist für mich ein besonderer Ort um Yoga zu praktizieren.Die entspannte& herzliche Atmosphäre, der schöne & freundliche und lichtdurchflutete Raum mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge, die Dachterrasse und die sehr kompetenten Lehrer welche hohe Unterrichtsqualität bieten, machen das Loft zu einem Ort, wo mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen und Achtsamkeit Yoga praktiziert wird!!
