Essenz Dialog®Coaching accompanies people in the process of their self-development in times of upheaval, crisis or reorientation.
As an extension to traditional coaching training, Essenz Dialog®Coaching integrates spiritual potential into training and practice and places it in the context of growth processes.
The training supports and accompanies people on their way to a holistic transformation of themselves, their company and their living environment.
Essenz Dialog®Coaching combines professional, systemic coaching methods with consciousness and energy work, various constellation forms, transparent communication, the Enneagram, healing yoga and meditation.
In the Essenz Dialog® Coaching training you will learn to accompany people competently and responsibly in professional, personal and spiritual questions.
As a trainee, you will benefit from my wealth of experience from over 30 years of teaching and a cross-method approach.
The variety of methods enables you to accompany clients and/or students in their development processes in a much more versatile way.
Our training consists of over 60 percent practical components, which will enable you to put this broad range of methods into practice directly.
In addition, the Essenz Dialog® Coaching training is an excellent training for your own personal development. Your own inner work, ability to reflect and self-knowledge are the prerequisites for working authentically with people.

This training is ideal as a career start for self-employment or further training for yoga teachers, people in therapeutic and medical professions, educators, childcare workers and body therapists, or for personal development.
The goal of this training is for you to become a present listener for your clients or students, who has a deep understanding of mystical principles of healing work and can hold space for everything that happens.
You will receive a comprehensive toolbox of different methods to be able to respond flexibly to different needs and to capture and touch the essence of your counterpart.
Every crisis in life contains hidden life lessons and they often arise before the next possible developmental step.
Since four eyes see more than two, competent support is helpful in such times of crisis and so we see ourselves as companions.
Through practical exercises, you will acquire the ability to accompany other people on the stages of their development and to give them a new trust in the processes of life, which also include suffering and illness.
Your life will be enriched with many skills and insights after completing this training. You will go through your own maturation process. By connecting to your higher self and the creative power, you gain inspiration and insights. Your base will be strengthened.
The training to become an Essenz Dialog@Coach includes 6 modules with a total of 24 seminar days.
working methods
We begin the day with healing yoga and meditation to prepare ourselves for learning and to refine our senses.
Methods are demonstrated, explained and practiced to support the learning process. Individual and group work, role plays and systemic approaches help to deepen the knowledge gained. Practical case studies, keynote speeches and exchange of experiences ensure transfer to everyday professional life.
Again and again we practice “Transparent Communication” according to Thomas Hübl in different forms and learn to tune into different fields of perception through meditation.
Healing yoga according to Jeannette Krüssenberg, meditation and contemplation are offered as daily practices to attune and refine perception.
The meditative practice in the course is not tied to any religion or worldview. It promotes the ability to concentrate, leads to inner calm and directs the focus to what is essential. Meditation empowers responsible action in personal and professional environments as well as in the global community and leads to a deeper connection with life.
