Essenz Dialog®Coaching accompanies people in the process of their self-development in times of upheaval, crisis or reorientation.
As an extension to traditional coaching training, Essenz Dialog®Coaching integrates spiritual potential into training and practice and places it in the context of growth processes.
The training supports and guides people on their path to a holistic transformation of themselves, their company and their living environment.
Essence Dialog® Coaching combines professional, systemic coaching methods with consciousness and energy work, Cosmic Healing, various forms of systemic constellations, transparent communication, the Enneagram, healing yoga and meditation.
In the Essence Dialog®Coaching training, you will learn to competently and responsibly guide people in professional, personal, and spiritual matters.
As a trainee, you will benefit from my wealth of experience from over 30 years of teaching and a cross-methodological approach.
The variety of methods allows you to support clients and/or students in a much more versatile way during their development processes.
Our training consists of over 60 percent practical component, which sustainably enables you to directly implement this broad toolkit of methods in practice.
Furthermore, the Essence Dialog®Coaching training is an excellent training for your own personal development. One's own inner work, ability to reflect and self-knowledge are prerequisites for working authentically with people.

This training is ideally suited as a career start into self-employment or further education for, among others, yoga teachers, people in therapeutic and medical professions, educators, childcare workers and body therapists, or for personal development.
The goal of this training is for you to become a present listener for your clients or students, someone who has a deep understanding of mystical principles of healing work and can hold space for everything that happens.
You will receive a comprehensive toolkit of different methods to flexibly respond to different needs and to grasp and connect with the essence of the person you are speaking to.
Every crisis in life contains hidden life lessons and often arises before the next possible step in development.
Since four eyes see more than two, competent support is helpful in such times of crisis, and that's why we see ourselves as companions on the journey.
Through practical exercises, you will acquire the ability to accompany other people at the stages of their development and to give them a new trust in the processes of life, which also include suffering and illness.
Your life will be enriched with many skills and insights after completing this training. You will go through your own maturation process. By connecting to your higher self and creative power, you gain inspiration and insights. Your foundation will be strengthened.
The Essence Dialog@Coach training program includes 5 modules with a total of 20 seminar days.
Building upon the EssenceDialogue®Coach, there are two further training options:
1. EssenceDialogue® Facilitator and
2. EssenzDialog®Cosmic Healing Breath Coach
in four further modules each.
Working methods
We begin the day with healing yoga and meditation to prepare ourselves for learning and to refine our senses.
Methods are presented, explained, and practiced to support the learning process. Individual and group work, role-playing and systemic approaches help to deepen the insights gained. Case studies from practice, keynote speeches and exchange of experiences ensure the transfer to everyday professional life.
