Inner Flow Yoga Retreat

Escape the winter and treat yourself to a week that reconnects you with yourself. At the end of January 2027, Kavita and Zoé invite you to immerse yourself in a non-judgmental space for movement, mindfulness, and self-discovery.

At the Inner Flow Retreat, we combine yoga with free-flowing dance and nourishing rituals that bring joy, lightness, community, and self-confidence. Drawing on dance therapy and long-standing yoga traditions, we explore our chakras step by step. Completely free of pressure, you can recharge, connect with your senses, and reconnect with your inner flow. In doing so, you will discover your own unique rhythm, strengthen your body awareness, and find your natural balance.

Based on the chakra theory, you will learn a variety of yoga exercises and meditations for each chakra, allowing your energy to flow freely in daily yoga sessions. You will receive detailed, practical information about the energy centers, learn Kundalini Tantra breathing techniques, modern breathing exercises, visualizations, and gain insight into asana analysis.

You can also complete your yoga teacher training with us on a weekly basis. If you choose this option, you'll delve even deeper into spiritual topics during that week, practice refining your cues, and train your voice. Of course, we'll share valuable experience with you, coach you on developing your teaching style, and begin working with essential oils.

Process:

A typical daily routine will generally look like this:

7:30 - 8:15 a.m. Stretching, breathing exercises, meditation, ritual

8:45 - 10:00 a.m. Yoga class or dance therapy sequence

10:00 am Breakfast/Brunch

2 p.m. Yoga Nidra

5:30 PM - 7:00 PM Yoga class or dance therapy sequence

7:00 PM Dinner

The evening program varies from dancing, sauna, mantra singing, and group rituals.

The schedule isn't set in stone and will be discussed with the group. At least one day a week will include a trip to Málaga or a coastal hike. We'll also watch the sunrise on the beach and practice yoga there. If you choose a yoga holiday, you can skip some of our planned activities and decide for yourself if you'd like to sleep in, for example... :-)

However, if you're planning yoga teacher training or further education, you'll have additional theory sessions with Kavita alongside the regular coursework. These sessions will allow you to delve deeper into chakra theory and optimize the effective design of yoga classes. You'll receive detailed, practical information about the chakras, learn Kundalini Tantra breathing techniques, modern breathing exercises, visualizations, and gain insight into asana analysis. We'll practice refining your cues and train your voice. Of course, we'll continue to coach you on your teaching style and begin working with essential oils. This module is also suitable as continuing education for those already teaching yoga.

Casa El Morisco in Benajarafe, Málaga, is a place of abundance. A place that awakens your creativity and offers you space to breathe. Let your soul unwind, recharge, and enjoy the expansive grounds with a pool, sauna, hammocks, sensory garden, massage facilities, therapy services, and fruit straight from the tree.

Your cozy apartment, dining room and yoga rooms are located among lovingly landscaped gardens amidst more than a thousand mango, olive, orange, avocado and cherimoya trees.

The spacious Casa El Morisco estate extends over several levels and offers many secluded corners. You can watch the turtles bathing by the pond or meditate in the Indian garden. It is both a place of relaxation and a place of inspiration and joie de vivre.

You'll be treated to freshly prepared, delicious food every day. After your morning yoga session, you can look forward to a balanced buffet. At lunchtime, a salad bar and a daily changing selection of soups await you. In the evening, you'll be surprised by a variety of dishes. The buffet is lovingly prepared and presented. The chefs at Casa are always coming up with something new and creative. Themed evenings and special events are frequent.

The house is located on the Andalusian coast, about 20 km east of Málaga. Its location is ideal for excursions to the beach, into the city of Málaga, to a traditional local weekly market, or for a coastal hike.

Our yoga villa on the Black Sea coast invites you to relax and unwind: pool, sauna, sun loungers, trampoline, a large terrace, yoga dome, and freshly prepared meals daily. You can choose between single, double, or triple rooms. Yoga on the beach and excursions to the nearby cities of Varna and Nessebar complete your stay. The villa is located on the edge of the Balkan Peninsula, just a short drive from the beautiful Irakli Beach, where nudism is also permitted.

Our cook prepares a varied brunch menu, a hot evening meal, and a different dessert every day. She pays particular attention to the quality and origin of the ingredients. The produce she uses to prepare a variety of vegetarian and, when needed, vegan dishes often comes from her own garden.

Throughout the day, fresh fruit, bread and spreads, (vegan) yogurt with toppings such as nuts, dates, and figs, as well as other healthy snacks are available. Coffee, tea, and water from a local spring are also provided.

Kavita has been teaching yoga worldwide since 1995 and offers yoga retreats, training courses, and further education. Zoé is a dance therapist and yoga teacher. Together, we create retreats with heart, clarity, and humor, so that everyone can feel welcome.
