Description yoga

Start the year 2026 calmly and with renewed energy. ✨
If you wish to bring more peace, stability and well-being into your life in the new year, yoga – especially during and after cancer – can be a valuable companion.
Many studies show that yoga can alleviate symptoms such as fatigue, lymphedema, or therapy-related pain. And for me personally, yoga provided support during my own cancer diagnosis, carried me and led me back to myself step by step. I would like to share this experience.
In my 5-week yoga course, you can expect a safe space, individual guidance, and gentle yoga, breathing, and meditation techniques that can help you reduce stress and feel stronger and whole again.
📅 Course start: January 8, 2026
🗓 Dates: 08.01. / 15.01. / 22.01. / 29.01. & 05.02.2026
⏰ Time: Thursdays, 7:30–8:45 pm
💶 Cost: €80* (5 sessions)
