CranioSacral Yoga in a nutshell

Short description

The term CranioSacral comes from Latin, Cranium means skull and Sacrum is the sacrum (Os Sacrum - Sacred Bone). Yoga is unity and harmony, union with my soul. Through my CranioSacral System I connect with my “breath of life”, the great spiritual force that works in the cerebrospinal fluid (brain and spinal fluid), with my soul and the universal unity. As I immerse myself in states of deep relaxation, my “breath of life” helps me to gently and easily release and transform stress, tension, burdens, hindering thought and behavior patterns, karmic connections and physical or psychological blockages. My mind gains new clarity, my self-healing powers are activated, I can realign myself internally and take new paths. CranioSacral Yoga is practiced lying or sitting and can be easily integrated into our everyday lives.

Special feature

No physical exercises are practiced.
