Santoṣa Yoga – a place of peace & relaxation, strength & energy, but also prevention & self-healing through yoga awaits you. We offer a flexible and high-quality range of yoga lessons and relaxation methods in Munich Giesing. We offer a flexible course schedule from Mon - Sun with yoga classes & meditation in the morning, afternoon and evening. Additional topic workshops take place on weekends. Our yoga teachers are trained in the styles of Anusara Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Children & Teen Yoga, Mama Baby Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga.
