A daily rhythm that sustains you

• Morning: Energizing yoga session with flowing movements from Flow & Meridian Yoga. Breath – Movement – ​​Clarity.
• During the day: Gourmet breakfast, spa time, nature, tranquility. You decide what you need.
• Afternoon: Gentle, grounding Yin and Meridian yoga practice. Deep relaxation. Letting go.
• Evenings: Dinner together & time to retreat. Space for conversation, quiet, or both.

• A final relaxation that leaves you centered as you head into your week.
