Workshop series: Yoga during and after cancer – gently coping with side effects – through movement, breathing and relaxation. Individual session: Lymphatic system – August 3, 2026

Many side effects of cancer treatment can have a lasting impact on daily life. In this 5-part workshop series, we will address the most common side effects and learn how yoga, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation can support greater well-being and quality of life.

✨ Each workshop includes:

• Gentle, adapted yoga practice
• Interesting facts about the respective topics
• Breathing exercises for regulating the nervous and glandular systems
• 15 minutes of guided deep relaxation
• Space for questions and discussion
