Workshop series: Yoga during and after cancer – gently counteracting side effects – with movement, breathing and relaxation. Individual appointment: Sleep disorders & regeneration – August 31, 2026

Many side effects of cancer treatment can have a lasting impact on daily life. In this 5-part workshop series, we will address the most common side effects and learn how yoga, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation can support greater well-being and quality of life.

✨ Each workshop includes:

• Gentle, adapted yoga practice
• Interesting facts about the respective topic
• Breathing exercises for regulating the nervous and glandular systems
• 15 minutes of guided deep relaxation
• Space for questions and discussion

Workshop date 5: August 31, 2026 Sleep disorders & regeneration Yoga, breathing techniques and deep relaxation for a calmer nervous system and better sleep.

Many people experience difficulty falling asleep, waking up at night, or inner restlessness during and after cancer treatment.

In this workshop you will learn how yoga, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques can help regulate your nervous system and find more peace again.

Together we will practice:

• Gentle yoga sequences for the evening
• Breathing techniques for switching off and relaxing
• Relaxation exercises for falling asleep
• Strategies to combat racing thoughts and tension
• 15 minutes of guided deep relaxation
• For a more peaceful evening, better sleep and more relaxation.

Individual booking: €27.90 per workshop / person

Who is it for? This workshop series/individual session "SLEEP BETTER" is aimed at people during or after cancer treatment who want to mindfully support their bodies, improve their quality of life, and regain confidence in movement. Gentle. Mindful. Powerful.
