In our hectic world it is often difficult to consciously experience the moment. But mindfulness makes it possible to see things as they really are. In our training you will learn the main exercises of the MBSR program according to Jon Kabat-Zinn and can implement mindfulness as an attitude and method in your private and professional everyday life.
Our training offers you a varied program with yoga, meditation, deep relaxation and much more in the middle of nature. Enjoy the organic vegetarian/vegan cuisine and experience guided walks, hikes, mantra singing and sound meditations.

Requirements:
The training is aimed at yoga teachers, exercise instructors and people in therapeutic professions. Basic knowledge of meditation and yoga is required.
Degree/certificate:
You will receive the “Mindfulness Trainer” certificate after completing your training, which is recognized as educational leave in various federal states.
