A yoga teacher training course at the Yoga Academy be Om YOM® (formerly Yogaschule Münsterland) will deepen your own practice and knowledge of yoga and lead you to a new intensity.
We have a unique didactic learning concept that uses cooperative learning methods to help you achieve optimal learning results.
It is important to us that you learn everything you need to know about yoga, which is why we only teach in small class sizes of up to 16 students. Studies have shown that this leads to more intensive and better learning outcomes.
Our exclusive yoga teacher training, YOM basic, includes 200 hours of instruction and takes place over 10 weekends approximately every four weeks.
Classes begin on Saturdays at 8 a.m. with a yoga class and end on Sundays at 5 p.m.
Once you receive the certificate, you are allowed to teach and can get certified by the Yoga Alliance (worldwide recognition). The training is also based on the curriculum of the prevention guidelines of the statutory health insurance funds.

The YOM® basic 200-hour yoga teacher training is aimed at anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of yoga, teaches yoga classes, and is interested in yoga philosophy and a more in-depth yoga practice.

The Yoga Academy be Om, a YOM® Yoga School Münsterland, is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) of the Yoga Alliance. -
YOM® foundation. 300h
The YOM® foundation. 300h yoga teacher training is aimed at all those who have already completed the YOM® basic. 200h training and are aiming to work as a yoga teacher in accordance with the quality standards of the health insurance companies for teaching preventive yoga sessions.
