YOCOM stands for Yoga Convention Münsterland
This is not a special offer, but an event for everyone who practices yoga. The motto of this year's convention is: "come together" .
According to this motto, you can design your personal yoga day the way you want it: spend the whole day with yoga classes or only take part in selected units. Relax on the mat or in the relaxation area.
At YOCOM you can get to know different styles of yoga , as each teacher teaches his or her own class. There is everything from gentle classes to challenging, dynamic classes. Relaxation, lectures and meditation are also part of the program.
