Many side effects of cancer treatment can have a lasting impact on daily life. In this 5-part workshop series, we will address the most common side effects and learn how yoga, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation can support greater well-being and quality of life.

Meeting point: We will meet 15-20 minutes before the course starts in the parking lot at the Kornwestheim leisure park.

Important information: The outdoor yoga class will not take place in case of heavy rain, thunderstorms, storms, or for safety reasons. The class starts at 7 pm, and we can retreat to the shade under the trees, so yoga will still be offered even in warmer temperatures! The instructor will make a final decision regarding whether the class will take place no later than two hours before it is scheduled to begin, and you will be notified by email.
