Many side effects of cancer treatment can have a lasting impact on daily life. In this 5-part workshop series, we will address the most common side effects and learn how yoga, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation can support greater well-being and quality of life.

• Gentle, adapted yoga practice
• Interesting facts about the respective topics
• Breathing exercises for regulating the nervous and glandular systems
• 15 minutes of guided deep relaxation
• Space for questions and discussion

Mondays in August 2026, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM ⏰ 120 minutes per workshop

Workshop Date: August 3, 2026 Lymphatic System & Lymph Flow: Gentle movements to support lymph flow, promote detoxification, and reduce feelings of tension and heaviness. Individual booking: €27.90 per workshop/person

Treffpunkt: Wir treffen uns 15 - 20 Minuten vor dem Kursbeginn auf dem Parkplatz beim Freizeitpark Kornwestheim.

Wichtige Hinweise: Die Outdoor-Yogastunde findet bei starkem Regen, Gewitter, Sturm oder aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht statt. Der Kurs startet um 19 Uhr und wir können uns hier im Schatten unter den Bäumen zurückziehen, somit entfällt Yoga bei wärmeren Temperaturen nicht! Die Entscheidung über die Durchführung wird spätestens 2 Stunden vor Kursbeginn von der Kursleitung getroffen und du wirst per Email informiert.
