As an exercise leader or yoga teacher, would you like to offer breathing courses where people can breathe a sigh of relief and relax? Then this breathing instructor training is something for you!
In this training you will learn how breathing affects people holistically. Breathing has a major influence on the body and mind. Conversely, our mood and physical well-being also influence our breathing. Conscious handling of your breath helps to improve your access to yourself. Physical and mental blockages and tensions can be released, complaints can be alleviated, and a new attitude to life can arise. In this breathing instructor training, learn to lead breathing courses and adapt them to different needs and course formats.
Breathing courses can be aimed at:

- Speaking training
- Instructions for yoga breathing exercises: Kapalabhati, alternate breathing, Bhramari, Sitali, Sitkari, Uddhiyana Bandha, Agni Sara, Gorilla, Ujjayi, walking pranayamas, Mula Bandha
- Thorough teaching didactics
- Energetic effects
Meditation, mantra singing and yoga lessons are integral parts of the breathing instructor training.
Participation requirements for breathing course instructors Training: Basic knowledge of yoga and meditation. Practical knowledge of basic breathing techniques. In this breathing instructor training you can learn to enrich your previous yoga and pranayama lessons and gain completely new teaching experiences. This breathing instructor training is also suitable as further training for yoga teachers.
Certificate: Breathing instructor (BYVG). Approx. 81 teaching units. The breathing instructor training concludes with a written paper.
