Do you know that feeling of constantly being on edge – your mind full of thoughts, your body full of tension? CranioSacral Yoga addresses this very issue: without any physical exercises, lying down or sitting, it invites you to calm down and reconnect with yourself.
The name derives from Latin: Cranium (skull) and Sacrum (sacrum) represent the connection between the head and pelvis – two poles that are gently brought into contact with each other in guided sequences. The focus is on deep relaxation , from which stress and tension can dissolve.

Show favorites listCranioSacral Yoga was founded by Andrea Grümmer and deliberately avoids classic yoga asanas. Instead, you practice lying down or sitting and are guided through sequences that aim for inner alignment and deep relaxation. Typical themes in a class include stress reduction, opening the heart, self-reflection, or even spiritual concerns such as chakra work – depending on what you or the group are currently experiencing.
The effort required is correspondingly low: it's not about sweat and movement, but about stillness and letting go.
Because no physical fitness is required, CranioSacral Yoga is suitable for almost every stage of life – from children and teenagers to pregnant women, seniors, and people with physical limitations. Even without prior yoga experience, you can easily get started.
