Description Yoga teacher training
You will learn how to combine Hatha Yoga with relaxation and stress management.
Contents of this yoga teacher training online: relaxation techniques. Mental attitude and stress. Mental training for stress for more relaxation. Yoga and health. Scientific studies on the effects of yoga. Yoga in daily life. Health insurance and yoga. Yoga therapy. Yoga for special problems.
Day of arrival:
Please arrive by 7 p.m. at the latest.
Arrival possible from 1 p.m.; Room available from 3 p.m.
4.30 p.m. Asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), deep relaxation.
6:00 p.m. Dinner.
8:00 p.m. actual start of the seminar with meditation, mantra singing, introductions, lecture.
2 day:
6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. Pranayama (optional)
7:00 a.m. Morning meditation, mantra chanting, lecture
9:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Asanas, deep relaxation
11 a.m. brunch
Karma Yoga (assistance approx. 45 minutes), break

Good previous knowledge of Hatha yoga, meditation and yoga philosophy required.
