From October 7th to 14th, 2026, a relaxing yoga week awaits you in Mallorca – right by the sea and in a pleasant autumn climate. Besides the group yoga sessions, there will be plenty of time for your own explorations, walks on the beach, or a trip to the beautiful old town of Palma.

No prior yoga experience is necessary – everyone can participate!

THE HOTEL

Our hotel for this week is the popular 4-star THB El Cid Hotel in Can Pastilla – a beautiful adults-only hotel in a prime location right on the beach promenade. The wide sandy beach is right on the doorstep, and you can enjoy magnificent sea views from the terrace and the pool. The capital city of Palma, with its charming old town, is only about 10 km away and easily accessible by bus – perfect for a leisurely stroll or an excursion.

THIS IS WHAT YOUR YOGA PROGRAM LOOKS LIKE

Gentle start to the day (approx. 30 minutes)

We begin the morning together by the sea, away from the yoga mat. Mediterranean morning light and fresh sea air accompany us. With movement meditations and gentle body awareness and breathing exercises, we energize body and mind and prepare ourselves pleasantly for the day.

Yoga with heart & personality (approx. 75 minutes)

In my yoga classes, I will guide you through gentle yoga postures and beneficial movements synchronized with your breath – sometimes calm and powerful, sometimes dynamic and light, always with joy and a smile. No acrobatic contortions, but easily manageable exercises that feel pleasant and are suitable for seniors.

You decide at any time whether you want to participate or take a break.

The trip is possible with a direct flight from Vienna or Salzburg. Prices are per person and vary depending on room category and availability. The yoga program is already included.

What to expect

My yoga class in Emmersdorf is your conscious anchor at the start of the week. 90 minutes of precious "me time" just for you. You can expect a beneficial blend of flowing movements, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation. The focus is on:

• powerful, flowing sequences for stability & alignment
• Conscious breathing for mental clarity
• Mobilization of back, shoulders & hips
• A final relaxation that leaves you centered as you head into your week.

Each session is like a mini-retreat: thoughtfully designed, varied, and taught with a touch of humor – without pressure, but with plenty of ease. Start your week with inner clarity instead of stress.
