✨ Twelve Days of Christmas Special: Arriving in the New Year

An evening to arrive. To breathe. To let go. To connect. And to realign.

An evening that's more than just yoga – a journey to yourself and to what 2027 may hold for you. ✨

The Twelve Days of Christmas are a very special time between the years. A time when we slow down, look back, and reconnect more consciously with our own wishes, visions, and heartfelt moments.

After the often turbulent Christmas season, I invite you to a conscious break on January 4, 2027.

Together we leave everyday life outside for a moment, find peace and turn our gaze inwards:

✨ What truly makes me happy?

✨ What brings me joy and lightness?

✨ What can I let go of?

✨ What do I want to live more consciously in 2027?

✨ And what do I want to make space for in my new year?

Because often it's not the big things that make our lives special.

It's the little moments of happiness: a heartfelt laugh, a special encounter, a moment of silence, the feeling of connection – or simply the moment when we arrive back at ourselves.

Your Twelve Days of Christmas

On this special evening, we combine the energy of the Twelve Days of Christmas with Kundalini Yoga, meditation, reflection, and sound.

You can expect:
✨ Introduction and insights into the meaning of the 11th of the Twelve Nights
Soothing Kundalini Yoga for arriving and centering
✨ Meditation and mindful reflection prompts
✨ Time for your personal alignment for the new year
✨ Relaxing sound bowl journey with Mel to let go and recharge
✨ Shared Twelve Days of Christmas ritual with your wish list
✨ Exchange and connection in a small, personal group

The sound bowl journey invites you to let go completely and listen to your inner self. This creates space for peace, clarity, and renewed energy. To conclude the evening, we'll relax with punch, golden milk, and tea. Everyone is welcome to bring a small Christmas treat to share.

An evening to arrive. To breathe. To let go. To connect. And to realign.

Your guidance during the Twelve Days of Christmas begins even before that:
Your registration means your Rauhnacht experience doesn't begin only on January 4th, 2027.
Starting with the winter solstice on December 21, 2026, I will accompany you through this special time.

You'll also receive instructions for the 13-Wish Ritual in advance. This will allow you to prepare your personal wishes and intentions for 2027 and connect the Twelve Days of Christmas with a beautiful ritual.

For you, if you don't just want to make new resolutions at the beginning of the year, but consciously take time to feel:

An evening that is more than yoga – a journey to yourself between the years.

Letting go • Trusting • Reorienting

The twelve days of Christmas invite us to pause, look back, and consciously decide what may grow in the new year.

The fourth of the Twelve Nights symbolically represents the month of April and carries the powerful energy of Aries – a time of new beginnings, clarity, and courage. It reminds us to let go of the old, release inner blockages, and trust our own wisdom more fully.

After the Christmas season, we give ourselves a conscious break: We leave the hustle and bustle behind, reflect on the past year and create space for new wishes, visions and direction.

In this special Twelve Days of Christmas event, you can expect a soothing evening with:
✨ Introduction to the meaning of the 4th of the Twelve Nights
‍♀️ Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
✨Sound bowl journey with Mel

Joint Rauhnacht ritual on December 28, 2026 (we will burn the wish list for the 4th Rauhnacht together)
☕ Afterwards: Punch, golden milk, tea & a cozy end to the evening - everyone brings Christmas treats to share.

Monday, December 28, 2026 | 7:00–9:30 p.m. (Yoga, Meditation & Sound Journey 7:00–8:30 p.m.) followed by discussion & closing remarks
