One of the very old hands in the Stuttgart yoga scene is Rudolf Fuchs, who has been teaching yoga at the Stuttgart Yoga School since 1965. Brand new to the scene is the Yoga House, which opened in 2017 and where you can practice yoga on 5 floors.

In the 2 centers of Yoga Vidya Stuttgart, the primary goal is to strengthen your own body awareness and self-awareness. Anyone who has always wanted to try yoga and also wants to do good - all proceeds from the trial lessons at Yoga Vidya will be donated to charitable projects.

The studio in the gallery and Studio Mattengold specialize in combining yoga and Pilates. Tibetan healing yoga is available in Stuttgart-Obertürkheim at Lu Jong Yoga . The Yoga-ma studio combines traditional yoga with the scientific, anatomically based concept of spiral dynamics.

Unusual yoga locations and special yoga classes in Stuttgart

• Yoga for early risers : Sunrise yoga at moveorespiro takes place three times a week in one of the two studios. You have to get up at least at 6 a.m. because the first class starts at 6:30 a.m.
