The singing bowls are placed directly on your body and gently struck. This creates a particularly intense experience and a space for peace and deep relaxation.

An invitation to do less – and feel more.

In this session, you can fully dedicate yourself to receiving. Gentle Yin Yoga postures invite you to find peace and consciously perceive your body.

Mindful touch guides you to let yourself be carried, offering moments of warmth, support, and security. You don't have to achieve anything, accomplish anything, or hold on to anything. You can simply be present, feel, and receive.

An invitation to be touched – and to feel held and safe.
